Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of providing or receiving services, in accordance with applicable confidentiality agreements.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
